Every handball match contains valuable insights—but turning hours of video into meaningful data has traditionally been a slow and repetitive process. Manually reviewing and tagging a single game can easily take around three hours.
HBLytics changes that. By combining artificial intelligence with intuitive analysis tools, coaches and analysts can spend less time tagging and more time understanding the game.
Your data remains yours. All data is securely stored in Germany using professional infrastructure, providing high standards of security, privacy, and reliability.
From Goalkeeper to Developer
HBLytics was created by Michael Stoll, a passionate handball goalkeeper with more than 25 years of experience and a professional software developer. The idea was simple: combine both passions to solve a problem experienced on the court.
After countless hours of analyzing matches and manually tagging games, one question kept coming up: Why should this still take hours? That question became the starting point for HBLytics.
Today, the mission remains the same: use modern technology and artificial intelligence to help coaches, analysts, and players spend less time on repetitive work and more time understanding the game.
